9am   cup of coffee with sugarfree creamer
          1/4 bagel with spray butter
12pm salad with romaine, 1/2 apple, a few walnuts, 2 tbls red wine vinegrette
          6 Triscuits
3pm   2 Wasa light rye crackers, 3 thin slices of chicken breast, 1/2 slice of low fat swiss
          green tea
630    1 5oz turkey burger 2 slices of whole wheat bread
          mixed veggies broccoli, cauli, carrots steamed
          roasted potatoes
