930am breakfast strata ~ egg beaters, whole wheat bread, turkey sausage, shredded low fat mozzarella, skim milk, a little onion, squirt of mushroom, can of low fat cream soup. all mixed together the night before, baked for an hour, serves 10.
2 cups coffee sugarfree creamer
1pm 5 triscuits with 2 tbls hummus
6pm white turkey meat, baked sweet potato with cinnamon, steamed green beans with almonds, stuffing, no gravy
730 homemade pumpkin cake
1 cup skim milk
