          2 cups of coffee with sugar free creamer
2pm   2 pieces homemade whole wheat thin crust pizza with marinara, low fat mozz, turkey pepperoni, green peppers
430p  small apple, 2 tbls natural peanut butter
7pm   orange chicken and sweet potatoes -served over 1 cup brown rice
          1 cup steamed broccoli
           Diet coke
