9am 1 cup steelcut oats prepared with water, added Splenda, 1/2 tblsp unsweetened cocoa powder handful 0f black berries and raspberries
cup of coffee with 1 tblsp sugarfree creamer
1pm 1 Rice cake
raw veggies 1 cup cauliflower and 1 cup broccoli
430pm salad w/ cucumber
salmon and 6 grilled shrimp with cajun seasoning
2 cups of steamed broccoli
water
730pm 2 glazed donut holes :(
