          1/4 cup chopped green pepper
          2 slices rye bread toasted with spray butter
12p    8 frozen grapes
230p  1 spicy black bean burger (Sunshine Farms)
          2 light rye Wasa flatbread crackers
          a small apple
630p  turkey burger with 1/2 slice of swiss cheese
          2 slices of rye bread
          1 cup brown rice mixed with broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
9p      2 - 1 tblsp size homemade cookies ~ made with 100% whole wheat flour, natural peanut butter,      honey, egg beaters, smart balance and Splenda
