8am whole wheat bagel with spray butter
green tea with Splenda
12pm salad with Romain, 1/2 chopped apple, cucumber slices,
handful of walnuts and 2 tblsp redwine vinaigrette
water
330p 1 cup pirates booty (checked the fats and we are good)
6pm 2/6 of a thin crust whole wheat pizza with marinara sauce, low fat mozzarella
turkey pepperoni and green peppers
diet coke
8pm 1 oz dark chocolate melted into 6oz of unsweetened almond milk
