9am 11/4 cups Steelcut oats prepared with water.  Added a bit of cinnamon, Splenda and skim milk
        handful blueberries
       cup of coffee with 1tbsp sugarfree creamer
1pm Boca Burger
       1 slice american cheese
       2 slices of rye bread
       2 cups green beans
       1/4 cantaloupe
       water
6pm 4oz turkey burger
        1 slice rye bread
        2 cups frozen veggies (broc, cauli, carrots)
        water
