        1 cup of coffee with 1 tbls of sugar free creamer
1pm 1 slice whole wheat bread toasted w/ 1tbls almond butter
3pm 1oz of chocolate
        2 mini tootsie rolls
        water
530  1/2cup brown rice with 1tbls of salsa mixed in
        1/2cup ground turkey with mexican seasoning
        1 slice of rye bread
        water
8pm 1/4 cantalope
