11am  2 cups of coffee with sugarfree creamer
1pm    large romain salad with sliced apple and a handful of walnuts
           2 tbls red wine vinegrette
3pm    6 Triscuits and a low fat mozz cheese stick
530p   1 oz peanuts
6pm    white meat turkey breast with whole wheat stuffing
           steamed green beans w/ almonds
