3 (bad for you, non whole grain) tortilla chips
2pm 1/4 cantaloupe
2 cups iceburg lettuce with cucumbers, a few walnuts and 1/2 apple
6pm 1/2 Can of tuna in water
1 cup canned mixed veggies
1 cup of soba noodles
1 cup skim milk
8pm 2 slices of honeydew
1 cup of white cheddar Pirates Booty
