1215p salad with iceberg and spinach, carrot shreds, 1/4 apple
green tea with a pinch of Splenda
3pm handful of peanuts and pumpkin seeds
730p celery sticks, baby carrots, broccolli and cauliflower about 3 cups total
1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
green tea with a pinch of Splenda
