            1 banana
            coffee with sugarfree creamer
12pm   2 rice cakes, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
            1 small apple
2pm     2 stalks celery and a handfull of baby carrots with 1/2 salsa
630pm grilled chicken breast, 2 cups steamed broccoli
            baked sweet potato, spray butter and cinnamon
            diet soda
