          1/2 banana
          handfull of blueberries
          coffee with sugarfree creamer
11am  1 medium apple
1pm 2 rice cakes with 2 tblsp of natural peanut butter
        1 banana
330p sliced cucumber and baby carrots 1 cup each
6pm Chicken with mexican seasoning, sauteed green peppers, quinoa with salsa mixed in
        on a whole wheat flour tortilla
        diet Sprite
