9am 1 rice cake with 1/2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup coffee with sugarfree creamer
2pm handfull of almonds
3pm baked sweet potato with cinnamon (no butter)
steamed green beans with almonds (no butter)
homemade stuffing made with whole wheat bread, eggs, celery, onion
white turkey breast, no gravy
2 glasses of red wine
430p 1 slice homemade pumpkin cake with an icing made with 1/3 less fat cream cheese, orange juice and a bit of confectioners sugar
9pm homemade pumpkin pie without the crust, 2 tblsp sugarfree whipped topping
