12pm   Subway- 6 in turkey breast on wheat with lettuce &cucumbers no cheese or condiments
            apple
330p    2 Wasa light rye crackers with 2 thin slices of chicken breast and a dollop of salsa
7pm     grilled chicken fajitas with green and red peppers and tomatoes with 1 whole wheat tortilla shell
            fat free refried beans, small salad dry
9p        ounce of 85% dark chocolate with dry unsalted almonds

530p    handfull dry unsalted almonds
6pm     grilled chicken with a baked sweet potato with cinnamon
            canned corn

6pm    Turkey burger with 1/2 slice of cheese on 1 slice whole wheat bread
          steamed mixed veggies
           tea with splenda and skim milk
