            2 cups of coffee with sugarfree creamer
11am    apple with 1 tbs peanut butter
1230    mixed greens salad with balmasic viniagrette
            veggie tortilla soup, 1small slice of plain pizza
530p    handfull dry unsalted almonds
6pm     grilled chicken with a baked sweet potato with cinnamon
            canned corn
