             2 cups coffee with 2 tbs sugarfree creamer
10am     bunch of red grapes
1230      large iceburg lettuce salad with 2 tbs low cal strawberry balsamic dressing
              whole wheat english muffin with spray butter
230        1/4 cup dry corn chex cereal
530pm    breakfast strata made with whole wheat bread, eggs, skim milk, turkey sausage and 2% chedder cheese.  1 whole wheat english muffin dry cup of tea with splenda and skim milk
