12pm large iceburg salad with strawberry balsamic dressing
1 morning star vegan griller with red pepper and eggplant spread on
2 slices of whole wheat bread
3pm 1 serving of white chedder corn puffs (pirates booty)
6pm Turkey burger with 1/2 slice of cheese on 1 slice whole wheat bread
steamed mixed veggies
tea with splenda and skim milk
