              3 cups coffee with 3 tbs of sugarfree creamer
1pm       1 Morning Star vegan griller patty with 2 tbs of red pepper and eggplant spread
              2 slices of whole wheat bread and 1/2 can of green beans
4pm       2 Wasa light rye crackers with a low fat mozzarella string cheese
630pm    1/2 slice of eggplant with whole wheat penne
9pm        2 cups low fat popcorn sprinkled with garlic powder
