Sleep

I have been waking around 6 or 630 all week to get some treadmill time before the kids wake up.  Maybe I should start going to bed earlier to account for the new wakeup time?   Nah....  I have always been a night owl, maybe I should move my treadmill time to the evening after they go to bed.   Nah...   that's my facebook time!  Oh well, guess I'll just adapt to less sleep.
