I went dancing, water only at the bar!
10am 1.5 cups Chex corn cereal with a small sliced banana and 1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups of coffee with 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, skim milk and Splenda
1pm 2 slices of rye bread toasted, a whole can of tuna in water, 2 tbsp of red pepper spread with eggplant and garlic from trader joes and an apple
4pm sweet potato chips - they did have too much fat, I will avoid them in the future
630pm 4 oz turkey burger 1/4 slice of processed american cheese, 100% whole wheat bun, steamed broccoli
