9am 2 eggs over medium and a half order of hashbrowns
3 pancakes with strawberries
2 cups of coffee with 1 creamer and splenda ea
5pm 1 handful of sweet potato chips
1/2 a cantaloupe
7pm 1 filet of baked tilapia with lots of veggies
baby carrots, celery and green peppers
9pm 3 slices of home made whole wheat banana bread
