              about 6 walnut halves and apples
5pm   Chicken breast with mexican seasoning, 1/4 cup of Quinoa, 1/4 cup Pinto beans
         1 Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas - 94% Ff, Low In Carbs Multi Grain Wraps
         Weight Watchers - Mexican Style Four Cheese Shredded, 1/3 cup
2pm  Light String Cheese: Light Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 1 piece
        Triscuit - Thin Crisps
         Orbit Gum - Bubblemint Flavor, 1 Piece
