730am     2 slices whole wheat toast with 2 tbls peanut butter
               sliced banana
               2 cups coffee w/ sf creamer
11am      orange
1pm        big salad with iceburg and romaine mix
              chopped apple,  a few walnuts and red wine dressing
330pm   1 oz dark chocolate with a handful of dry unsalted almonds
630pm   2 - 4 in blueberry whole wheat pancakes
              2 slices of turkey bacon
