1230 1in slice homemade whole wheat bread with honey as a sweetener
2 thicker slices of turkey breast and 1 slice of low fat mozz cheese
330 1 orange and a handful of raisins
6pm chicken slowcooker leftovers with brown rice and 1in slice of whole wheat bread
green beans
