8am      2 whole wheat pancakes with 1/4 blueberries and 2 tbsp of cool whip topping
             2 cups coffee with sugarfree creamer
1030     rice cake with 1tbsp peanut butter and 1 sliced banana
1230     1in slice homemade whole wheat bread with honey as a sweetener
             2 thicker slices of turkey breast and 1 slice of low fat mozz cheese
330       1 orange and a handful of raisins
6pm       chicken slowcooker leftovers with brown rice and 1in slice of whole wheat bread
               green beans
