           2 cups coffee with sf creamer
1130   2 slices rye with canned tuna packed in water
           small salad with red wine vineagrette dressing
3pm    celery sticks and plain yogurt with cinnamon
6pm    turkey breast with 1 slice whole made whole wheat bread
           mixed steamed veggies broccoli, carrots, cauli
