              2 cups of coffee with sugarfree creamer
11:30     1 banana with 1tbs of peanut butter
2pm       3 slices homemade whole wheat banana bread
7pm       2 low carb tortilla shells with bbq sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese, green pepper, shredded chicken breast and crushed pineapple
9pm       Handful of sweet potato chips
