grande skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks
11am 1 serving pirates booty
130p salad with iceburg and romaine mix, 6 walnuts halves, 1/2 an apple
and 2 tbs red wine viniagrette
cup of green tea with Splenda
4pm 2 Wasa light rye crackers with 1/4 cup salsa
6pm 2 whole wheat low carb tortilla shells, 4 tbsp of Texas BBQ sauce, low fat mozzarella cheese,
1/2 cup plain shredded chicken, 1/2 cup of green pepper, 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
9pm 1 cup sugarfree jello
