              1 turkey sausage patty, 2 eggs and 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ spray butter
11am      apple slices with 2 tbls peanut butter
2pm        mixed greens salad with grilled chicken and light italian dressing
               1 cup green tea with Splenda
4pm         1 low fat mozzarella cheesestick with 10 mini whole wheat toasts
6pm         slow cooker chicken with Diet cola and salsa served with brown rice and broccoli
8pm         1 cup of sugarfree jello with sliced banana
