2pm   2 cups of lettuce with 1 tbsp red wine vinegarette and 6 walnut halves
          1 apple
4pm    1 stick sugarfree gum
630pm  3 slices homemade whole wheat pizza with marinara, low fat mozzarella cheese and chopped green pepper
