2 cups coffee with Splenda and 1 non dairy creamer
1pm 2 plain rice cakes with 2 tblsp of natural peanut butter and a sliced banana
water
6pm 4 grilled chicken tenders
raw brocolli, cauliflower, carrots about 2 cups total
1 cup green beans
1 spoonful of cheesy potatoes
