1/2 cup skim milk

3 slices of homemade whole wheat thin crust Bobili pizza
with lowfat cheese and green peppers, light sauce

1 3oz turkey burger with 1/4 slice of cheese
wrapped in a lettuce leaf
1/3 cup of beef rice
Green beans

1 mini loaf of homemede banana blueberry bread
1/2 cup 1% milk
