2 egg omelet with green peppers and diced ham
home fries, about a 1/4 cup
1 wheat toast, reg butter
coffee

Spicy chicken sandwich from chicfila  (It was FREE)
I pulled off as much of the breading as I could and didn't eat the bun
about 2 waffle fries
diet Dr pepper

Salmon from Outback Steakhouse
mixed veggies...  both cooked without butter
Side salad,
1/2 loaf of bread, no butter

Ice cream sammie
