Wed food log

I am being bad today...  its nearly 3pm and all I have eaten is 3 or 4 planks of low fat graham crackers and  an iced latte with sugar free vanilla and skim milk.  I'm hungry!

I ate a handful of turkey jerky before dinner

So dinner was delish!
1 soft flour tortilla shell
Seasoned ground turkey
sauteed green peppers
Pinto beans
sprinkle of low fat cheese
Brown rice with homemade salsa mixed in
about 10 tortilla chips
