1 slice whole wheat toast
homemade tuna salad, with green peppers and carrots blended with a little non fat cottage cheese

A banana
small bowl of pineapple

salad
1 piece of white pizza
3 boneless chicken wings

1 cup of SF/FF frozen yogurt
