3pm 1/2 cup puppy chow - Whole wheat chex cereal with melted dark chocolate, natural peanut butter and Promise spread poured over it.
Holiday party
7pm 2 slices of pizza, carrots, broccoli, celery, green peppers, cucumbers
1 glass of white wine
