12pm 2 slices of rye bread toasted with 6 thin slices of chicken breast
an orange
3pm handful of peanuts
7pm 3 eggs with a splash of skim milk scrambled with green pepper
2 slices whole wheat toast with spray butter
cup of coffee with sugarfree creamer
